Legislation The Psychologists Act was passed in 2000 and proclaimed in June 2002. You can obtain copies of the Act and Regulations from the NS Government website or you can purchase copies of these publications from the office of the Nova Scotia Board of Examiners in Psychology at: Suite 455, 5991 Spring Garden Road (Corner of Spring Garden Rd & Robie Street).
