If you have been randomly selected for an audit, you will be notified by email and mail.  In order to comply with the request, you simply need to submit your completed Form 2, including the supporting documentation that is outlined in Form 2.

To simplify the process, Form 2 includes an outline of any documentation you would be required to include, in order to support your claimed activities.

You may wish to refer to this communication sent in 2016, which provided some clarifying feedback for registrants after the Board had conducted the audit.

 

Additional Information about the Audit

When making your submission, please submit copies of your documentation so that you retain the original record. If your submission does not contain copies, please let us know, so that we can return the originals.  Otherwise the materials will be shredded at the conclusion of the review process.

You will be informed whether you have met NSBEP’s requirements for Continuing Competence once all reviews have been completed. The Board hopes to have all reviews completed by May 15, 2017.
